One of our most beautiful Spray Booth Installations. Done by Automotive Facility Service
Back in May of 2012, a dealership in Buffalo, NY purchased 2 paint booths and a prep station and hired us to do the spray booth installations. It was a 4 day job that included two Ameri-Cure Direct Fire Spray Booths and one Ameri-Cure Prep Station. The crew included 2 of the AFS guys, and one of the Ameri-Cure Tech.
The first day of the job was pretty easy. We managed to unpack all three spray booths and organize them correctly so the next three days could be easy to set up.
The second day is where the real hard work begin and where most of the learning occurred. The Ameri-cure tech had a lot of experience with these spray booths and we picked up a couple of things here and there from him that day. He taught us the most efficient way to set up the spray booth which saved us hours of work. Something we didn’t mind at all.
The third day is when the spray booths started coming together and where the things that we learned in the prior day definitely came in handy. Most of our hard work from the first days was finally coming into fruition and we were glad we were almost done.
The last and final day is when we finished some of the final touches that the spray booth had. We made sure that we didn’t leave anything out and we cleaned up the area that we had worked on.
Overall, I must say, this was a great experience. We learned a lot and we were able to take a lot back home with us thanks to the crew and the Ameri-cure tech.
