- Our Leverless Bead Lifter: Mounts and dismounts tires without traditional tire tools that can potentially mar the wheel surface. Makes the process faster and easier while reducing potential for damage.
- RoboRoller Helper System: This RoboRoller comes with the Coats Maxx 90 tire changer and is a bead depressor that keeps the bead in the drop center and prevents the tire from rolling back over the mount tool. It adds extra power and control that techs need to mount difficult tire assemblies.
- Robo-Arm Helper System: The Robo-Arm comes with the Maxx 90 and is an articulating assist that provides direct pressure to the tire bead to create a bead lock – pushing the bead in the drop center when mounting– which helps techs change difficult wheel applications like low profile and run-flat tires.
- 30” Extended Clamps:Clamp passenger car, light truck or extreme custom applications without changing anything for maximum time savings and damage avoidance.
- Dual Nozzle Bead Sealer: Two powerful jets concentrate air flow to quickly seal tough beads so you get your jobs done more efficiently. A reliable bead sealing design with fewer hoses and moving parts and less maintenance.
- Hand and Foot Bead Loosener Pedal: Different technicians have different work styles. Giving them a choice (hand or foot) of how they do the work lets them get it done on their terms. Power through standard tires faster with the foot operated pedal or use the hand operated control for more finesse.
